Merry Christmas πŸŽ…

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas morning and Santa brought you loads of presents. day-4I got a Christmas breakfast as a special treat this morning and that was just yum yum πŸ˜€  Afterwards our friend Dirk had this mad idea that he wanted to go fishing, so he went to pick up the trailer in order to carry the boat down to the lake. day-2When we got down there it was raining a bit and with the skies grey in grey, it didn’t look that inviting to go out there.

Anyhow – while the boat was made ready I had a good root around the area, an old noble estate as they call it on the sign. In his days it must have been a wonderful place I the boat and Captain were ready to head out to sea, we joined Dirk to see him off and I did the Fisherman’s Friend πŸ˜€  Get it…πŸ˜€

Apparently the boss was a bit sceptical as there would be a catch at all, however only minutes after being out there…day-13there had been a catch already. You can hardly see the fish in the picture above, however it is not a small one πŸ˜€

The boss and I had a root around the area together and at the entrance we found this sign in brail writing for the visually impaired – how cool is that ? Sweden is brilliant that way. After a while we left to go to the shops as we needed some stuff and had a quick stop at the Melbystrand. The place we went the other day, however this time we took the southern route.

As it was raining we only stayed for a little while and then went to the shops. Now we are back at the house and I am off for a snooze soon. Have a wonderful afternoon and catch you again real soon. Merry Christmas πŸŽ… and paws up from me 🐾
