Schiffshebewerk Flaesheim

or whatever else you would call it πŸ™‚ the place where they lift big ships from one level to another. Well – you catch my drift – right? That’s where the boss took us today and might I add – we had a ball in the water and on the walk. People passing us commented on Kiyu listening very well while I got the remark that I was wet. Stating the obvious – if you ask me πŸ™‚

Anyhow – we parked near this thing and from there it was only a couple of steps to the cool refreshing water πŸ’¦

Me enjoying the dip πŸ™‚

It was great to hop into the water and while Kiyu went on to fetch her ball – you can see the video here – I just took it easy and relaxed as you would πŸ™‚

Kiyu on the job πŸ™‚

Anyhow – we had a good swim and then went on for a walk over to the other side of the canal. This one actually is the Datteln-Wesel canal, just in case you’re interested.

On the way…

We had to get in and out of the water as there is no getting to the water on the other side. You can imagine it was in and out all the time for Kiyu and me πŸ™‚
As always I leave you with the gallery of images the boss took – here is another video this time of me in the water – see if you can spot the difference between the speeds πŸ™‚ hope you all have a great weekend! Paws up 🐾 🐾 from Kiyu and me – stay safe…
